Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide satisfactory services at DCC. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, you may be eligible for a refund or cancellation under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility: Refunds are eligible only if requested within 7 days of the transaction.

2. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

3. Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted only under certain conditions and must be requested promptly.
